  • A medium-sized clothing business in Singapore wanted to revitalize their brand and product collection that had been in serious decline for years.

What was the challenge?

The clothing business took the strategic decision to regrow their brand after experiencing sales decline over the recent years rather than to create a new brand from scratch. Gipnetix was asked to lead this corporate brand development project given the expertise in customer retention, acquisition and corporate brand development. Creating a new brand identity and clothes collection is no easy task but this was required to make a successful brand relaunch possible.


What did Gipnetix do?

Having researched the contemporary clothing market and the client’s competitors, Gipnetix created a new brand positioning from scratch. Gipnetix also helped the client create a new branded clothes collection for the modern woman. 

After careful market research and evaluation,  Gipnetix was able to develop the brand proposition along with the consumer target.  This insight helped create the foundation for the creative brief that delivered the sophisticated feel and look of the clothing business’s new corporate brand identity. Gipnetix also directed the creation of the new product collection with the help of international factories and the Singapore design team. 


What were the results?

As a result, with online reputation management expertise, Gipnetix helped the clothing business develop a distinctive corporate brand identity to revitalize the client’s brand. The new brand identity was focused on placing the consumer needs at the very heart of the proposition facilitating loyalty and sales growth.

Gipnetix also took the responsibility of directing a new clothing collection to boost sales. The new collection was accompanied by a set of visuals suited for all required media formats as well as packaging and point of purchase materials.  The new product collection was then offered by the gross to major retailers not only in Singapore but also in Asia at large.

Working together with Gipnetix, the client managed to revive their clothing brand and even boost sales, hence no need to create a new brand.
